Ingredients
-
275 g Dough, puff
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
4 pieces Small pumpkins
-
pieces Garlic, fresh
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
pieces Salt, table
-
100 g Fish, salmon, smoked
Steps
-
Clean the zucchini, wash them, and slice them into thin rounds. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
-
Lightly grease a pan with oil and quickly sauté the sliced zucchini (just enough to lightly brown them). Add the chopped garlic and sauté it with the zucchini until fragrant, then remove the pan from the heat and lightly salt the zucchini.
-
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix them with sweet cream. Add grated Parmesan and season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper. Tear or cut the smoked salmon into pieces.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Unroll the fresh puff pastry and place it along with the baking paper into a suitably sized baking dish (the edges of the pastry should be about 0.5 cm high). Spread the sautéed zucchini evenly over the pastry, add the pieces of smoked salmon, and pour the egg-cream mixture over everything.
-
Bake the pie in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Advice
Instead of zucchini, you can use leeks, and smoked salmon can be replaced with smoked trout. Be careful when salting the zucchini and the egg mixture, as the smoked salmon and Parmesan will also add some saltiness to the dish. Part of the sweet cream can be replaced with a few tablespoons of thick yogurt or sour cream.
