-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
1 cup Powdered sugar
-
0.25 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 spoon Milk, whole milk
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking tray. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
-
In another bowl, mix softened butter and powdered sugar. Add grated zucchini, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix everything well. Once you get a creamy mixture, combine the wet ingredients with the dry ones.
-
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the greased baking tray in the form of round cookies. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. While the cookies are baking, prepare the glaze: melt butter in a small pot. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well until you get a smooth mixture.
-
Let the cookies cool slightly, then spread the glaze over them with a spoon. Wait for the cookies to cool completely, arrange them on a serving plate, and serve.
