- 500 g Flour, Whole wheat

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and zucchinis. Remove the green parts from the tomatoes, then cut them into smaller pieces. Slice the zucchinis into rings. Grate the mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Stretch the pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish. First, sprinkle the mozzarella over the dough, then arrange the zucchini rings in a fan shape. Make sure to leave about one centimeter of the edge empty.

Sprinkle the tomato pieces on top, then season the pizza with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for about 18-20 minutes. Once the pizza is baked, cut it into smaller pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.
