Zucchini Rolls with Smoked Salmon

100 g Fish, salmon, smoked

150 g Cheese, mozzarella

Steps

Wash the zucchini and dry it with a cloth or paper towel. Slice it lengthwise into thin slices. Cut the mozzarella into thicker cubes and the smoked salmon into longer slices.

Quickly sauté the zucchini on both sides in olive oil and season them.

Place a slice of smoked salmon of the same length on the grilled zucchini and wrap both around the mozzarella. Arrange on a plate or platter and serve.

Advice
