Sort the blueberries, wash them thoroughly, and place them in a larger pot, which we place on the stove. Add agar-agar, agave syrup, lemon juice, and slowly bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.

Sort through the raspberries, wash them thoroughly, and drain. Place a pot on the stove, add the raspberries, agar-agar, agave syrup, lemon juice, and slowly bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the raspberries soften, then remove the pot from the heat.
