Open the package of dates and remove the pits using a special knife (usually included). You can also use a regular knife. Shape small hazelnut-sized balls from the marzipan. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces, then melt it over a double boiler while constantly stirring. Sprinkle coconut flour onto a shallow plate and prepare the melted chocolate in a separate bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly wash the apples and cut off the tops. Use a round corer (you can use a spoon to help) to remove the core. Grease a deep baking dish well and place the apples in it. Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes. If needed, add a little warm water to the baking dish.
